The present invention relates to a medical mesh inserted into human tissue, and more specifically, to a mesh assembly which occupies constant bulk by forming a space unit in which a thread is interpolated in a mesh inserted into soft tissue or subcutaneous tissue, serrates a skin folded part according to aging, removes wrinkles by being used in deep wrinkles and having more volume, can be used by replacing an existing prosthesis for beauty, can control volume of the space unit according to the degree of the wrinkle depth, and has excellent functions for tissue serration, wrinkle removal, and recovery of volume by fixing the mesh on one side or both sides of the thread, and maintaining a swelling condition.
