PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing substances sprayed to the interior of an exposure apparatus by a simple constitution.SOLUTION: An exposure apparatus includes an exposure chamber where substances are sprayed, and a diffusion chamber where a substance feeder for feeding the substances is installed. The exposure chamber has spaces under a roof and under a floor connected to the diffusion chamber, the floor faces of the exposure chamber and the diffusion chamber are laid with grating members having vent holes, and the space under the roof is installed with a filter fan unit with a filter capable of catching the substances. The exposure apparatus is configured to feed substances fed from the substance feeder, from the diffusion chamber to the space under the roof, then spray them to the interior of the exposure chamber, and circulate the substances reaching the floor face of the exposure apparatus to the space under the roof via the vent holes of the grating member.
