Disclosed are a solid pharmaceutical tablet and a method for producing the solid pharmaceutical tablet. The solid pharmaceutical tablet according to the present invention comprises atorvastatin or a salt or hydrate thereof and amlodipine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and is produced by film-coating a mixture of atorvastatin or a salt or hydrate thereof and amlodipine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof with a coating agent comprising polyvinyl alcohol and/or a vinyl alcohol copolymer. In the solid pharmaceutical tablet according to the present invention, the production of analogous substances of the active ingredients is inhibited. Therefore, the solid pharmaceutical tablet has excellent stability.La présente invention concerne un comprimé pharmaceutique solide et son procédé de production. Le comprimé pharmaceutique solide selon la présente invention contient de latorvastatine ou un sel ou un hydrate de celle-ci et de lamlodipine ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celle-ci, et est produit par pelliculage dun mélange datorvastatine ou dun sel ou dun hydrate de celle-ci et damlodipine ou dun sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celle-ci, au moyen dun agent de revêtement contenant de lalcool polyvinylique et/ou un copolymère dalcool vinylique. Dans le comprimé pharmaceutique solide selon la présente invention, la production de substances analogues aux ingrédients actifs est inhibée.
