The present invention relates to intervertebral cages capable of being interposed between two vertebrae Cv1, Cv2. The cage comprises a body 10 with two bearing faces 11, 12, a blade 20 having a leading edge 21, means for mounting the blade in rotation about an axis 13 so that it is able to take a position Pr in which it is entirely contained in the space Esc comprised between the two bearing faces 11, 12 and a position Ps in which a portion 22 of the blade 20 is outside the space Esc, and at least a sawtooth 24 projecting from the leading edge 21 in the plane of the blade and integral with the blade portion 22. La présente invention concerne les cages intervertébrales aptes à être interposées entre deux vertèbres Cv1, Cv2. La cage comporte un corps 10 avec deux faces d'appui 11, 12, une lame 20 comportant un bord d'attaque 21, des moyens pour monter la lame en rotation autour d'un axe 13 de façon qu'elle soit apte à prendre une position Pr dans laquelle elle est entièrement contenue dans l'espace Esc compris entre les deux faces d'appui 11, 12 et une position Ps dans laquelle une portion 22 de la lame 20 est en dehors de l'espace Esc, et au moins une dent de scie 24 située en saillie sur le bord d'attaque 21 dans le plan de la lame et solidaire de la portion de lame 22.
