The present invention relates to stable, micronized solid oral pharmaceutical compositions of Eslicarbazepine or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters, solvates, polymorphs, stereoisomers or mixtures thereof. The invention further relates to processes for the preparation of such compositions comprising Eslicarbazepine acetate prepared by dry process like dry granulation or direct compression process.
