Disclosed are genome DNA of the VZV strain MAV/06 recovered from a Korean patient, its open reading frame (ORF) and proteins coded by the genome DNA of the VZV strain MAV/06 and related ORF. What is also described is a vaccine composition, which contains the above protein as an active component.
