A forest therapy room and a forest therapy system comprising the same are provided. The forest therapy system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a forest therapy room having at least one of a display device, a sound device, a temperature and humidity controller, and a fan so as to reproduce a forest environment, and including a terminal for receiving information on the forest environment from a user and a forest therapy server for receiving the information on the forest environment from the terminal and transmitting, to the terminal, setting information corresponding to the information on the forest environment.
