Unter einem Gemüseextrakt wird ein mit Wasser und/oder Glycerin und/oder Wasser-Glycerinmischungen aus den genießbaren Teilen inklusive der Samen der jeweiligen Gemüsepflanze hergestellten Extrakte verstanden.
