PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellently convenient needle set for epidural and spinal anesthesia, capable of highly accurately projecting the edge point of a spinal needle from a through-hole even when the through-hole of an epidural external needle is arranged at the lower side (the rear side of an edge surface) from the center of a needle tube axis, and allowing the spinal needle not to be normally pressurized during the insertion of the needle.SOLUTION: The needle set includes: the needle (the epidural external needle) for epidural anesthesia, where the distal end of an external needle 1 is curved and the through-hole 114 is arranged in the rear surface of the curvature part 113 and the needle 3 (the spinal needle) for spinal anesthesia, which is put through the external needle inner cavity of the epidural external needle 1 and is used by projecting the distal end part from the through-hole 114. The spinal needle 3 includes a bent part 312, formed by a plurality of bending points such as a V shape in the middle of the needle tube 31.
