According to the present invention, when fallen or cracked fruits are supplied through a supply bar (14), the fruits are crushed while being supplied and transferred between upper and lower mesh belts (20, 22) having different rotation speed. The flesh separated from seeds is collected in a flesh collection vessel (34) along a guide bar (32) by air injection by air injectors (24, 26) and water injection by a water injector (28). The seed passing the upper and lower mesh belts (20, 22) while a part of flesh is not separated is promptly dropped in a mesh box (66) of a separator (26) to completely separate the seed from the flesh by strong brushing of a brush roller (76).
