PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment control system or the like capable of suppressing reduction in efficiency of an intellectual work.SOLUTION: An environment control system 10 comprises: a detection part 11 which detects the concentration reduction of a user doing an intellectual work； and a restoration part 13 which, when the concentration reduction of the user is detected, varies the environment of the user to restore the concentration of the user.
