PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird prevention device that can be installed with or without a slope of the upper surface of a roof.SOLUTION: A bird prevention device has multiple bird prevention net holders 2 installed at predetermined intervals L along an end edge frame S2 of a solar panel S. The holders 2 each include an inverted L-shaped upper bracket 5 having an upper horizontal wall and a hanging wall, and the L-shaped lower bracket having a lower horizontal wall and a vertical upright wall. Bolt rods 9 are projected from the vertical upright wall of the lower bracket to the horizontal direction outward, the hanging wall has long holes 10 where the bolt rods are inserted therein, and an upper bracket 5 is vertically slidable to the lower bracket.
