A medical treatment instrument temperature information management device includes: a wireless tag that is disposed at an instrument； and a reader-writer as a reading unit that reads data from the wireless tag. The wireless tag includes: a temperature sensor； and an IC chip including a storage part. The wireless tag makes the storage part store therein temperature information on temperature of the instrument based on a value detected by the temperature sensor. This makes it possible to manage the temperature information on temperature of the instrument such as a medical treatment instrument with reliability.
