The present invention relates to an immunogenic and a non-toxic glycoconjugate comprising Bordetella pertussis LOS-derived oligosaccharide and pertussis toxin, a method of preparing such glycoconjugate, the pharmaceutical composition, a vaccine composition containing such glycoconjugate, and an application of the glycoconjugate. The glycoconjugate is prepared as a vaccine component for protection against infections caused by Bordetella pertussis.Cette invention concerne un glycoconjugué immunogène et non toxique comprenant un oligosaccharide dérivé de Bordetella pertussis LOS et la toxine pertussique, un procédé de préparation du glycoconjugué, dune composition pharmaceutique, dune composition vaccinale contenant le glycoconjugué, et lapplication dudit glycoconjugué. Le glycoconjugué est préparé sous la forme dun composant vaccinal destiné à protéger contre les infections provoquées par Bordetella pertussis.
