PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization treatment method and apparatus for efficiently and adequately performing sterilization.SOLUTION: An air conditioner AC and four two-fluid nozzles N1 are arranged in a room 10 to be sterilized. A controller for controlling the spraying from the two-fluid nozzles N1 has a control part and an input part. The control part of the controller executes a process of calculating the sprayed amount of a chemical solution from the concentration of a used chemical solution and the volume of the room, executes a process of adjusting the relative humidity before spraying of the chemical solution, and executes a process of spraying the chemical solution so that the relative humidity becomes a predetermined value. The control part controls each of the two-fluid nozzles N1 to spray the chemical solution, of which the free available chlorine (FAC) concentration is adjusted to 90-100 mg/L, in an amount corresponding to the volume of the room 10 to be sterilized so that the relative humidity after the spraying becomes 72-88%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】効率的かつ的確に除菌を行なうための除菌処理方法及び除菌装置を提供する。【解決手段】除菌対象室10には、空調機AC及び4つの二流体ノズルN1が配置されている。二流体ノズルN1の噴霧を制御するコントローラは、制御部及び入力部を有している。コントローラの制御部は、使用する薬液の濃度・部屋の容積から噴霧する薬液量を算出する処理を実行し、薬液噴霧前の相対湿度の調整処理を実行し、相対湿度が所定値となるように薬液の噴霧処理を実行する。制御部は、各二流体ノズルN1を制御して、噴霧後の相対湿度が72%~88%となるように、遊離有効塩素(FAC)の濃度を90~100mg/lとした薬液を、除菌対象室10の容積に応じた薬液量で噴霧する。【選択図】図1
