PURPOSE: A medical irradiating device is provided to reduce the pain of patients by applying a bulk cooling system and to control the temperature of a laser diode and a contact tip. CONSTITUTION: A medical irradiating device comprises a contact tip(30), an inlet(40), a cooling device(50), and a laser diode. The contact tip contacts with the surgical operation region of the skin. Cooling water for lowering the temperature of a Peltier element flows in the inlet. The cooling device is able to control the freezing temperature level of distilled water. The laser diode irradiates a medical laser through the contact tip.본 발명은 레이저 다이오드와 접촉 팁의 온도를 제어하는 의료용 조사기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세히 설명하면, 환자의 제모 등에 사용되는 의료용 조사기에 설치된 펠티어 소자 및 레이저다이오드에 대한 냉각능력을 향상시켜 레이저 조사부위에 해당하는 접촉 팁의 온도를 제어하여 환자가 접촉 팁의 온도상승으로 인한 통증 등 불편함을 느끼지 않고 편안히 제모 등의 피부과 관련 시술을 받을 수 있는 레이저 다이오드와 접촉 팁의 온도를 제어하는 의료용 조사기에 관한 것이다.
