PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter set capable of performing the alteration of an administration route in an invasive manner, and a catheter puncture tool.SOLUTION: The catheter set 1 includes a catheter 2 having a drug transferring lumen 9 therein and a catheter puncture tool 3 having a tip sharpened puncture needle part 10 and the flange part 11 provided on the base end side of the puncture needle part 10.
