The invention is related to a guide which provides an area for the working cannula, in order for the "wire retainers", which are used for fastening of and in the treatment of fractures by being passed through the bone, to be placed without damaging the tissues at a distance from the skin to the bone tissue, in orthopedic surgery wherein it comprises a tapering tip which pushes the surrounding tissue without giving any damage thereto and provides area, when advanced on the wire a channel which allows advancing on the K-wire a body which provides a safe operating area for the working cannula and guides the same and a holding surface which allows displacement from the inside of the working cannula.La présente invention concerne un guide qui fournit une zone pour la canule de travail, afin de permettre la mise en place des "éléments de retenue de fil", utilisés pour fixer et traiter des fractures en étant passés à travers los, sans endommager les tissus à une certaine distance de la peau dans le tissu osseux, en chirurgie orthopédique. Ledit guide comprend les éléments suivants : une pointe conique qui pousse le tissu environnant sans lendommager et procure une zone, lors de la progression sur le fil un canal qui permet la progression sur la broche de Kirschner un corps qui procure une zone de fonctionnement sûre pour la canule de travail et qui la guide et une surface de maintien qui permet le déplacement depuis lintérieur de la canule de travail.
