The probe (1) generates a shear wave inside a target tissue, and allows the shear wave to pass through regions of interest (702a, 702b, 702C1, 702C2, 702C3, 702C4, 702C5), and sends a tracking pulse to the regions of interest (702a, 702b, 702C1, 702C2, 702C3, 702C4, 702C5) through which the shear wave passes. The receiving circuit and beam synthesis module (4, 5) receive echo information of the tracking pulse. The elasticity related result calculation module (72) calculates shear wave parameters according to the echo information of the tracking pulse, so as to obtain a corresponding elasticity measurement result (C) of the regions of interest (702a, 702b, 702C1, 702C2, 702C3, 702C4, 702C5), records a corresponding relationship between the elasticity measurement result (VC) and statistical variables and generates graphical marks (715, 716, Sa, Sb, SC1, SC2, SC3, SC4, SC5, SC1, SC2, SC3, SC4, SC5, 719a, 719b, 720), wherein attributes of the graphical marks (715, 716, Sa, Sb, SC1, SC2, SC3, SC4, SC5, SC1, SC2, SC3, SC4, SC5, 719a, 719b, 720) are determined by means of the elasticity measurement result (C). Further disclosed is a method for displaying an ultrasonic elastic measurement.
