The present invention relates to a device and method for treating fat cells, in particular for cleaning and filtering the fat cells of a patient with a view to performing a lipofilling procedure. According to the invention, a device for treating fat cells, in particular for cleaning and filtering the fat cells of a patient with a view to performing a lipofilling procedure, includes a vessel (10), means (11, 110) for intaking the fat cells and one or more treatment products into the vessel, at least one discharge means (12) arranged at the lower portion of the vessel, for discharging all or part of the contents of the vessel once the cell treatment has been performed, the discharge means being linked to an opening/closing means (12b), and which is characterised in that the vessel (10) includes at least one means for feeding air (13) connected to an opening/closing means (13a) and at least one air exhaust means (15).La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé pour le traitement de cellules graisseuses, notamment pour nettoyer et filtrer les cellules graisseuses d'un patient en vue d'un lipofilling.
