<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter inserter which can prevent a relative rotation of a sheath hub and a strain relief and facilitates a fitting operation of the sheath hub and the strain relief during manufacturing. <；P>；SOLUTION: The catheter inserter has the sheath having a distal end and a proximal end, the sheath hub connected to the proximal end of the sheath, and the strain relief outwardly fitted to the connecting portion of the sheath and the sheath hub, the sheath hub has a mail portion, the strain relief has a female portion, they are fitted with each other by mail-female fitting, and the peripheral directional crosssectional shape of the male portion of the sheath hub is a rotational symmetrical polygonal shape. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
