PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage even when a large amount of humor is discharged at once by retaining diffusivity of the humor.SOLUTION: An absorber 4 is formed by laminating an upper-layer absorber 4A located at a skin contact surface side on a lower-layer absorber 4B located at a skin non-contact surface side and including a superabsorbent polymer in pulp. An opening 10 is provided at a position on the upper-layer absorber 4A corresponding to a humor discharge part H, and the opening 10 is filled with a closure member 11 consisting of a liquid-permeable porous material. A recessed space 12 opened in the upper layer absorber 4A side is provided at a position of the lower layer absorber 4B superposed with the opening 10, and the recessed space 12 is filled with a hydrophilic liquid-diffusion member 13.
