The smart ankle band according to the present invention comprises: a band body part (10), formed in the form of a band, for wearing around an ankle; an elastic part (12), provided between the ends of the band body part (10), for adjusting the length of the band body part (10) by being extended or contracted by an internal control; a movement sensing unit (300) for sensing movement; a control unit (310) for checking whether movement has been sustained for a set duration; and a band tension control unit (320) for driving a motor (322) so as to output a signal for adjusting the band tension to a tightened state if the check indicates movement has been sustained for a set duration, or to a loosened state if the check indicates no movement has been sustained for a set duration. Such a smart band for wearing around an ankle according to the present invention senses movement to loosen the band when no movement is sensed for a set duration and tighten the band when movement active enough to be considered exercise is started, thus allowing the body to feel less resistance and fatigue, and if the ankle is determined to be swollen by periodically tightening the band for a set duration and measuring the change in the band length, then the swelling in the leg can be actively reduced by supplying electricity to the provided electrode.La présente invention concerne un bandeau de cheville intelligent.
