PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper holder capable of enhancing the fitness properties of a urine pad or the like placed on the skin side surface of a diaper holder to the crotch of a wearer even in a diaper holder worn state.SOLUTION: A diaper holder 11 includes a pants member 12 and a handle members 15 are provided at a groin part of the pants member 12. An elastic member 16 is preferably provided at the pants member 12 along the groin part and the handle members 15 are preferably provided so as to be superposed on the elastic member 16.
