Disclosed are a customized feedback system, a customized information providing method thereof, and a computer readable recording medium for performing the same, which can provide a user with customized information using interworking between a vehicle and a wearable device. According to the present invention, the customized feedback system comprises: a vehicle display unit acquiring vehicle status information using an electronic control unit and a wearable device displaying, on a display screen, vehicle status feedback information obtained by feeding back the acquired vehicle status information. The wearable device further displays, on the display screen, bio-feedback information and lifelog feedback information by acquiring bio-information using a healthcare sensor and lifelog information using a detection sensor.
