The present invention relates to a Pleurotus eryngii transformation secretion vector and a method for producing a human growth hormone protein by using the same. More specifically, the present invention provides a secretion vector including an expression construct suitable for mushroom transformation by separating a laccase promoter and a signal sequence gene from Pleurotus eryngii, and a method for successfully producing various target proteins such as a growth hormone protein from a transformed mushroom by using the same.
