When the livestock mouth goes closer to the feed container to feed, the sensor senses that the livestock mouth goes closer to the feed container, and sterilization water is sprayed around the livestock mouth towards the inside of the feed container, so sterilization water is induced to be sucked through the livestock nose and mouth as being sprayed. Pathogens fed in livestock respiratory organs such as the livestock lung and bronchial tube are killed by the sprayed sterilization water.
