A gene vector based on a recombinant adenovirus and an immunopotentiating therapeutic vaccine comprising the following three main elements are provided. 1) HPV antigen comprising HPV type 16, type 18 E6 and E7 multivalent fusion proteins. 2) An immune adjuvant protein fused with the antigen, which can be a heat shock protein (HSP) derived from Mycobacterium tuberculosis. 3) An immunostimulant that can be used as granulocyte / macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF). This vaccine is used for the treatment of human papillomavirus infection and related diseases.組換えアデノウイルスに基づく遺伝子ベクターと、以下の３つの主要素を含む免疫増強治療ワクチンを提供する。１）ＨＰＶ１６型、１８型のＥ６およびＥ７多価融合タンパク質を含むＨＰＶ抗原。２）結核菌由来の熱ショックタンパク質（ＨＳＰ）とすることができる、該抗原と融合した免疫アジュバントタンパク質。３）顆粒球・マクロファージコロニー刺激因子（ＧＭ－ＣＳＦ）とすることができる、免疫刺激剤。本ワクチンは、ヒトパピローマウイルス感染および関連する疾病の治療に用いられる。
