The present invention relates to a sprayable air freshener comprising Chamaecyparis obtusa oils, as a Chamaecyparis obtuse extract, as main ingredients, and more specifically, to an air freshener which comprises, as main ingredients, a purified Chamaecyparis obtusa oil prepared via purification of Chamaecyparis obtusa oils obtained from a Chamaecyparis obtusa extract and a Chamaecyparis obtusa oil prepared via dilution of the Chamaecyparis obtusa oils in hydrogen water obtained from electrolysis of water. According to the present invention, the air freshener comprising Chamaecyparis obtusa oils works on methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE), or antibiotics-resistant Escherichia coli, klebsiella pneumoniae, Salmonella typhimurium, enterococcus faecalis, and the like, to suppress the growth of antibiotic-resistant strains.
