The seawater storing container comprises a lid(111b) for sealing during storing and moving. A protrusion(116) is formed in the center of the inside of the seawater accommodating part. The lid comprises a checking valve(111a) closing and flowing out the seawater stored in the seawater storing container depending on the movement of the protrusion by a structure which is repulsively supported toward a closing direction of the seawater by an elastic spring surrounding the outside of the protrusion.
