PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit apparatus for a fishing tackle, which increases waterproofness of a circuit board.SOLUTION: A spool braking mechanism 25 has an electric component, a coil 62, an insert member 84 and an insulating coating 90 formed so as to cover the whole circuit board 70. A gap between the circuit board 70 and the insert member 84 is not formed by making the insulating coating 90 made of a synthetic resin so as to cover the insert member 84 and the whole circuit board 70.
