Disclosed is a termite monitoring and control apparatus which is applied to a bait method of destroying individual and colony of termites at the same time by luring the termites and making the termites eat toxic materials with feed. The termite monitoring and control apparatus is buried under the ground while a monitoring cartridge is stored inside a body with a through-hole for the termites to enter. The monitoring cartridge includes a luring body containing fibers for the termites inserted into the body through the through-hole to eat the luring body. The shape of the luring body can change when the termites nibbles away the luring body, and the luring body has a structure for operating an operation rod located on the luring body.
