A seal anchor member (100) defines a housing defining a longitudinal axis, the housing having leading and trailing ends (102,104), and including a plurality of lumens (108a,108b,108c) extending between the leading and trailing ends, each lumen being adapted for substantially sealed reception of an object therein and defining a longitudinal axis, wherein at least two of the lumens define longitudinal axes that are non-parallel to facilitate angled, at-rest placement of multiple instruments within the seal anchor member.
