The present invention relates to an integral blood glucose meter, and provides an integral blood glucose meter configured so as to be capable of receiving therein a strip cartridge for holding a plurality of test strips, and to enable the test strips to be loaded one by one from the strip cartridge by linearly moving an operation knob, and thus has a simple operation method and structure and enables accurately supplying and discharging the test strips, and enables the test strips to be conveniently discharged and removed after a blood glucose measuring procedure is completed by having an ejecting unit mounted thereto that may be pressed and operated so as to enable discharging and removing the test strips loaded at a strip discharge port, and enables more convenience in use by enabling the test strips to be discharged at an adequate speed by the operating force of a user without having the test strips shooting out too forcefully, and prevents damage to the internal structure and, at the same time, enables maintaining a stable operational state by preventing external test strips and foreign substances from entering.
