PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lattice-integrated vegetation mat solving the following problem: there is fear that soil used for rooftop greening in consideration of the restriction on withstand load is dispersed or flown out due to rain, wind or the like because of its lightness in weight, or there is a fear that soil greened with lawn is beaten out and thereby causes irregular growth on the lawn to make the lawn die down when the soil is used for a place where children always exercise or play.SOLUTION: The lattice-integrated vegetation mat is produced by: sequentially laying raschel plain-woven net/nonwoven fabric made of material large enough to wrap around a mold form, hard to decay and allowing plant sprouts or roots to pass through without causing spill out of vegetation soil, in the mold form for forming a vegetation mat setting a storage box into the bottom surface part and/or the side wall surface part of which holes allowing water or plant roots to pass through are made at even intervals, on the net/fabrics storing a lattice frame using partition boards on each of the side wall surfaces of which holes allowing water or plant roots to pass through, into the storage box to make a lattice storage box putting vegetation soil up to the top part of the inside of the mold form wrapping the vegetation soil which is pressurized under constant pressure until the soil reaches the top part of the lattice storage box, with the nonwoven fabric/raschel plain-woven net and bonding superimposed seams using quick-drying adhesive.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】屋上を緑化するために耐荷重制限を考慮して使用する土壌は軽量であるため風雨等により飛散ないし流出する恐れがあった。また、芝緑化した上で常時 子供達が運動や遊び場として使用した場合土壌が踏み固められ芝が生育不順となり枯れてしまう恐れがあった。【解決手段】植生マット体を形成する型枠内に、当該型枠を包み込める大きさで腐食しにくく植生土がこぼれることなく植物の芽や根を通す材質で形成されたラッセル平織ネット・不織布を順に敷置き、その上に底面部分や側壁面部に水や植物根を通す孔が等間隔に形成された収納箱を設置する。該収納箱に水や植物根を通す孔が側壁面に形成された仕切り板で井桁枠を収納して井桁収納箱を形成し、この型枠内の上部まで植生土を覆土し、一定圧で井桁収納箱上部まで圧縮した植生土を該不織布・ラッセル平織ネットで包込み、重ね合わせ目を速乾性の粘着剤にて接着して井桁内包植生マット体とする。【選択図】図4
