PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position adjusting mechanism allowing a user to easily adjust the height, width, and angle of a handle, a seat part, wheels or the like more than conventional ones.SOLUTION: A position adjusting mechanism 130 comprises: a first cylindrical body 116R a first slide member 133 that slides inside the first cylindrical body, includes a first shaft 131R having a plurality of first holes 131X formed on the side face, a first end part 136XR being insertable into the plurality of first holes, and a first operation member 134R, and is energized in the direction of the first holes and a support member 132 that is fixed to the first cylindrical body at a substantially right angle, and having a first slit 132XR formed thereon for causing the first operation member to slide in the axial direction.
