The present invention aims to provide a reverse retaining implant with micro-vibrating bone stimulation, comprising a main body having a serrated outer surface, the main body internally having a hollow space, the main body being sectioned with at least two elastic retaining units relative to the hollow space, so that a fixation frame structure may be defined by said main body each of the elastic retaining units comprises one or more elastic retaining plates each having a connecting end opposite to the first end portion for connection with the main body or for interconnection, and a free end opposite to the second end portion, with each free end being protruded from the outer surface of the fixation frame, so that a movable reverse retaining portion, which has a low-to-high convex shape for performing micro-vibrating bone stimulation, is formed between the connecting end and the free end.
