PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of conveniently synthesizing amide compounds, such as a high molecular weight elastin-like polypeptide, with high yield and high purity, and to provide resulting amide compounds by the method.SOLUTION: A synthesizing method of amide compounds comprises reacting a compound having at least a carboxy group with a compound having at least an amino group.
