The present invention relates to a wet ozone generator using alternating current power or half-wave type alternating current power, and a wet sterilizer using the same. The wet ozone generator substantially reduces formation of crystals generated on the surface of an electrolysis metal plate and always keeps the electrolysis metal plate clean, while substantially extending the lifespan of a wet unit electrolysis cell. The wet ozone generator comprises: an ozone generating unit electrolysis cell assembly and an alternating current power supply unit.본 발명은 교류전원을 이용하여 오존을 발생시키는 전해 금속판 표면에 생성되는 결석현상을 획기적으로 줄이고, 또한 전해 금속판 표면이 항상 깨끗하고, 습식 단위 전해셀의 수명을 획기적으로 연장시킬 수 있는 교류전원 혹은 반파형 교류전원을 이용한 습식 오존 발생장치와 이를 채용한 습식 살균처리장치를 제안한다.
