At least one of the sterilization units, heat emitting units, and vibration units can be in a number of two or greater while being connected and including a second rotation unit for enabling the connected units to freely rotate. A buoyancy unit can be arranged on at least one of the freely rotating sterilization unit, heat emitting unit, and vibration unit.
