PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical injection apparatus which enables easy setting of injection control data being proper for an imaging subject.SOLUTION: A chemical injection apparatus 400 executes injection of chemicals by a syringe driving mechanism 412 which conducts operation control, corresponding to injection control data set for each imaging operation. When an input operation for a request of automatic setting of the injection control data is made, however, subject management data are acquired from imaging order data of RIS 100 and the injection control data are generated and set on the basis of the subject management data. When the subject management data can not be acquired from the RIS 100, however, the subject management data are acquired from subject management devices 910 and 920.
