The delivery device (1,1') comprises: a handle (18), an inner core tube (11), a sheath tube (13), and a guide head (12), wherein a proximal end of the inner core tube (11) is connected to an inner core tube movable part in the handle (18), and the guide head (12) at a distal end of the inner core tube (11) is fixedly connected to a distal end of a sheath tube (13), and the sheath tube (13) is fitted over the inner core tube (11), wherein the proximal end refers to an end near the handle (18), and the distal end refers to an end away from the handle (18); the distal end of the sheath tube (13) is fixedly connected to the guide head (12), so that the delivery device (1, 1 ') loads the implant (2) through the proximal end of the sheath tube (13); and when releasing the implant ( 2), the sheath tube (13) moves to the distal end, that is, the sheath tube (13) further advances to a target position of the implant (2), instead of retreating toward the handle (18), thereby effectively avoiding the problems such as unstable release of the implant (2), even wrong release, caused by the sheath tube (13) retracting through a path having three-dimensional curved space, and thus improving the release quality of the implant (2).Dispositif de pose (1, 1') pour charger, poser et libérer un implant (2).
