PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen sheet-shape pasta food product in which uneven heating hardly occurs during microwave heating.SOLUTION: The frozen sheet-shape pasta food product for microwave cooking has a layered structure having two or more layers of sauce layer and one or more layer of sheet-shape pasta layer laminated together, and in which the bottom layer and top layer of the layered structure are sauce layer and in which at least one layer of the sauce layers is not placed in the central region of the face of the sheet-shape pasta layer in contact therewith and in the region having an area of 1 to 25% with respect to the total area of the face.
