In some embodiments, the tool has a handle； a shaft extending from a distal end of the handle and comprising a bendable distal tip, the shaft having an outer diameter less than or equal to 15 mm； an aspiration lumen extending along the shaft； an irrigation lumen extending along the shaft； a first conductor extending along the shaft and connectable at its proximal end to an image display； and a second conductor extending along the shaft and connectable at its proximal end to illumination power.
