PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly type insect trap in which an insect capture rate is increased and replacement work of an adhesive sheet is easy, and an assembly kit of the assembly type insect trap.SOLUTION: An assembly type insect trap of the invention has a pentagon shape in a cross section and has end openings (14) in a front and rear of the pentagon, right-and-left side openings (20) under a roof member (18), and an adhesive sheet (34) attached to a bottom member (16) and on which an attraction source is arranged. An assembly kit of the invention consists of a pair of support (10) having the end openings (14), and six rectangular plates (12) forming the roof member (18) and the bottom member (16).
