Having a width (b) in the range of 0.5 to 8 mm, and a thickness (d) in the range of 0.05 to 0.8 mm, and a length (k) corresponding to the length of the dental arch. The strip (1) has semi-elliptical depressions (2), in the shape of the tooth in the cross-section and recess in the range of 1 to 3 mm. The strip (1) with the depressions (2) has a linear or an arched shape. Method of manufacturing dental fibre in the form of a strip (1) of spun fibres, wherein after impregnation, with resin, a piece of the strip (1) is formed in a form in order to obtain elliptical depressions (2) and linear or arched shape, and then the fibre is polymerized.
