PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of fluorescent light and to eliminate the need of making spectrum measurement two or more times for one portion.SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus 1 includes: a light source 54 for emitting excitation light a probe 30 provided like a cable to take in the excitation light emitted from the light source 54 from the proximal end, transmit the excitation light from the distal end, emit the excitation light from the distal end, take in light to be measured emitted from a measurement object by the excitation light emitted from the distal end from the distal end, and transmit the same to the proximal end a spectrometry device 55 for measuring the spectrum of the light to be measured transmitted to the proximal end of the probe 30 and a control part 60. The control part 60 executes: the lighting processing of lighting the light source 54: and the measurement processing of causing the spectrometry device 55 to measure the spectrum of the light to be measured in a wait period after the lighting processing.
