PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid cleaning filter capable not only of improving the catalytic activity by supporting a noble metal on an optical-catalyst-layer-fitted filter substrate more efficiently but also of significantly reducing the manufacturing cost by attempting to effectively utilize the noble metal.SOLUTION: In an optical-catalyst-layer-fitted filter substrate 1a provided by forming an optical catalyst layer on the surface of a filter substrate made of a porous ceramic, a noble metal capable of improving the optical catalytic activity is electrodeposited on optical catalyst layers formed within regions of ultraviolet arrival destinations 3 and 7 constituting layers of specified thicknesses from ultraviolet irradiation planes 2 and 6 of the optical catalyst layer-fitted filter substrate 1a onto which ultraviolet rays are scheduled to be irradiated by spraying a solution b into which a noble metal compound including at least one type of noble metal has been dissolved toward the ultraviolet irradiation planes 2 and 6 of the optical catalyst layer-fitted filter substrate 1a and by subsequently irradiating ultraviolet rays toward these ultraviolet irradiation planes 2 and 6.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】光触媒層付フィルター基材に貴金属をより高効率に担持させ、触媒活性を向上させると共に、貴金属の有効利用を図って製造コストを大幅に低減することができる流体浄化用フィルターを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】多孔質セラミックス製フィルター基材の表面に光触媒層が形成された光触媒層付フィルター基材1aにおいて、光触媒活性を向上させる貴金属が、貴金属の元素を少なくとも1種含む貴金属化合物を溶解させた溶液bが光触媒層付フィルター基材1の紫外線が照射される紫外線照射面2、6に向けて噴霧された後に、光触媒層付フィルター基材1の紫外線照射面2、6に向けて紫外線が照射されることにより、紫外線照射面2、6から所定の厚さの層である紫外線到達部3、7の領域内に形成されている光触媒層に電着している。【選択図】図3
