PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioelectrode that has no conductivity and magnetism and that enables efficiently extraction of a biomedical signal.SOLUTION: A bioelectrode, which is brought into direct or indirect contact with an organism 9 to extract a biomedical signal, includes a sheet-like base member 11 with flexibility, which is formed of paraelectrics, and a ferroelectric substance 12 that is scattered within the base member 11.
