The invention provides an artificial tooth root with at least one root fork and a manufacturing method thereof. The method includes: scanning a tooth root of a natural tooth and obtaining a tooth root trunk of the tooth root and image data of at least one root fork, wherein the at least one root fork is respectively disposed in at least one alveolus concave of an alveolar bone using the image data to establish a three-dimensional picture model and using the three-dimensional picture model to manufacture an artificial tooth root. The artificial tooth root includes a tooth root truck and at least one root fork. The at least one root fork is connected to the tooth root truck. The size of the root fork matches with the size of the alveolus concave corresponding thereto. Through scanning a natural tooth, it is able to manufacture an artificial tooth root matched with the alveolus concave corresponding to the natural tooth. After pulling out the natural tooth, the artificial tooth root is immediately implanted, so as to achieve the effect of immediate implant placement and increase the combining degree between the artificial tooth root and the alveolus concave.一種具有至少一根叉之人工牙根及其製造方法,包括:掃描一自然牙之牙根,取得該牙根之牙根主幹及至少一根叉的影像資料,其中該至少一根叉分別位於一齒槽骨之至少一齒槽凹洞內;利用該影像資料建置一立體圖像模型;以及利用該立體圖像模型,以製造一人工牙根,該人工牙根包括一牙根主幹及至少一根叉,該至少一根叉連接於該牙根主幹,且該根叉之尺寸與所對應之齒槽凹洞之尺寸吻合。透過掃描一自然牙,以製作出與該自然牙對應之齒槽凹洞吻合的人工牙根,待拔除該自然牙後,即植入該人工牙根,達到即拔即種的功效,提升與該齒槽凹洞的結合度。3‧‧‧人工牙根之製造方法S301~S304‧‧‧步驟
